Post 1 A country I'd like to visit



I’ve never been a travelling person, I rather to stay comfy at home, but, I can’t deny the wonders that other places hide on their beautiful lands. Those exotic foods, amazing people, languages and incredible views.

It’s been a shared dream with my mother to visit the different cities of Italy, if I had the opportunity to travel, I wouldn’t hesitate. I’d love to go and admire for first time those amazing architecture that’s so characteristic of the place, visit the huge coliseum and learn more about its history. I’d fall in love with the green fields of Tuscany and spend hours admiring the place, get to know every corner, learn about the culture and that amazing language. And last, but not less important, I would try what are three of my favorite foods that happens to be the most relatable food to Italy; The delicious pasta, the iconic pizza and, the italic alternative to ice cream, the Gelato.
Even if I love Italy (and its food) I think that it doesn’t have any comparison to the charm of Chile, our culture is very rich, travel from north to south admiring the landscapes, animals and biomes is unique, I’d never change it for nothing.

It’s hard to say wich is my favorite holiday I’ve ever had, since I enjoyed every one of them, but, if I have to chose one, I could say that the trip I made to Melipeuco was the more exiting. I went to Melipeuco with my family and stayed in a little and comfy cottage, it was made by the propietor’s own hands! This little house was at the side of a “Escorial”, we could walk some meters and met those volcanic rocks, but, the bad side of that magnific landscape, was it were the nest of scorpions, and sometimes they got into the house. Post 7 : Environmental Conflicts

The environmental problems in our country and the world aren’t something new, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the situation in Quintero happens again in the future. I got used to see the streets filled with garbage and dark clouds of pollution in the sky, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t care about it anymore; more than ever I’ve been worrying about the environmental situation of our planet. What happened in Quintero was a shame, the people complained about the situation and the authorities did nothing to fix it until it was too late, only when the notice about the sick people and dying animals spread over the nation they lowered themselves to do what they are meant to do: protect people and the environment.
